General Policies

  • A deposit of 25% of total reserved time, based on above rates, is required at time of reservation. A $175 security & cleaning deposit, of which $100 is refundable, is part of the total price; however, damage insurance for a small fee is also available.
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
  • Payments must be made via check or money order; credit card or bank card payments can be made using PayPal or PayPros, with their appropriate fees.
  • Out-of-country payments require cashier's checks or international money orders; OR for PayPal or PayPros, their international fee. Homeaway & Flipkey also have the option of credit or bankcard payment, with appropriate fee.
  • Phone cards are needed for out-of-country calls. Long distance calls free in U.S. & Canada.
  • Upon receipt of 25% payment, we will send confirmation and an instruction sheet with directions, answers to frequently asked questions, etc.

Rates

Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day): $1,499 per week, Saturday-to-Saturday only.

Off-Season (All other dates): $1099 per week. $199/night, 3 night minimum.

NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5% TOC tax. Significant discounts and no taxes for rentals of one month or more.

General Policies

A maximum of five individuals is allowed.

Check-in time is 3:30 pm and Check-out time is 10:30 am.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking is allowed inside the rental.
